King Bedroom - One king bed; wall-mounted TV; large armoire with space for hanging clothes; small desk perfect for laptop work; nightstands on each side with bedside lamps with charging ports. Attached bathroom with shower, fluffy towels and hand soap, lotion, shampoo and body wash provided. Bunk Bedroom - One Twin bed plus a twin over full bunk bed. Armoire provided for clothing storage. Reading lamps at each bed. Bathroom located just across the hall. Shower, fluffy towels and hand soap, lotion, shampoo and body wash provided. Kitchen - Newly renovated with touch cabinet closures and kitchen sink faucet. Stainless steel refrigerator freezer/ gas range and oven/microwave. Coffee Bar offers ground coffee for drip brew or pods for the large Keurig. Tea Kettle and bags also provided. Wide variety of items provided: pots and pans, slow cooker, toaster, blender, brand new utensils, sheet pans, pizza stone, casseroles and bakeware. Silverware, full sets of plates, bowls, serving dishes, mugs, glassware, melanin cups, margarita and wine glasses. Living Area - Full size sofa bed, ample seating, large screen TV, board games, dining table with six-8 chairs, non-working fireplace with flickering remote control candles. Screened Porch - a gorgeous oasis with a couch and four chairs, low-light lamps and party lights. Back Deck - Dining Table and other comfy deck chairs. Firepit - Six Adirondack chairs with fire-pit perfect for smores or just enjoying a lovely evening under strings of party lights. Corn-hole game also available for fun in the yard. Laundry Room - Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board available for guests. Fire extinguisher also located in the closet in the laundry room Fire
Other Details to Note
Located a very short drive from Shangri-La Resort where you can play two different courses and enjoy waterside dining options. Littlefield Grocery, Dollar General, and Family Dollar located about a half mile away, along with local eateries Chickenella, Road Hog Diner and One-Eyed Monkey. Also nearby is horseback riding at Royal Horse Ranch. Grand Lake also offers boat and jet ski rentals plus parasailing.
